What PokerSim is

PokerSim is a free, web-based Texas Hold'em trainer. You practice poker against AI opponents that play distinct, realistic styles — tight-aggressive, loose-aggressive, calling stations, nits, maniacs, and more — while the app tracks your stats and offers coaching so you can improve faster.

What PokerSim is NOT — no real-money gambling

PokerSim is an educational tool, not a gambling product. Specifically:

• No real money. You never deposit, wager, or withdraw money.
• No prizes or payouts. Chips are for practice only and have no monetary value.
• No casino or betting. There is no cash game, no house, and nothing to win or lose financially.
• Nothing to cash out. Your progress is a learning record, not a balance.

We built PokerSim purely to help people learn and practice poker strategy in a risk-free environment.

How it works

1. Sign in and pick your AI opponents — each has a defined, exploitable playing style.
2. Play hands. The app tracks your stats (VPIP, PFR, aggression factor, and more) automatically.
3. Pause any time for AI coaching, review your hand history, and drill specific opponent types.
4. Improve over time — many players see meaningful progress after a few hundred hands.

Responsible, educational play

Because PokerSim involves no real money and no wagering, there's no financial risk.
